Weekend gathering
Panvica 2022, Camping Slnečné skaly, Rajecké Teplice, 19-21 August 2022.
Summer meeting of handpan supporters in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
ACCOMMODATION:
– In cottages for 4+ persons
Each cabin has its own toilet and shower, a refrigerator, a small kitchen with basic equipment, a double stove and also a kettle.
– On an open area within the campsite
The camp provides basic services such as showers and toilets. Everyone should bring the necessary equipment: tent and sleeping bags, etc
THE PROGRAM:
We will create our own town in the camp with a main shelter and a fireplace.
As part of the program, you can expect:
– Handpan workshops for beginners and advanced
– A lot of jamms with handpans
– Rhythm workshops
– Morning and evening Yoga with Dominika
– Cocoa ceremony with Zuzka and Denis
– Breathing workshop
– Raffle with interesting prizes!
– Evening live performances and open mic!
– Special guest during the festival: Alexandre LORA
FOOD:
The meal service is optional and includes full pension for two days, from Friday lunch to Sunday morning in the form of a buffet, cooking will be like the last yesr Pali Oravec, so we have something to look forward to! Again, a reminder that you need to bring your own plate and cutlery.
If someone does not want a meal as part of the event, they can eat themselves or take advantage of the possibility of eating in the camp.
Important information, what you need to take with you:
– Good mood 🙂
– Handpan, who doesn’t have one, there will be plenty of instruments on site to borrow and try out
– Any other instruments such as djembe, trumpets, fluets, guitars … to your taste
– Swimsuit, blanket / mat – if you come already on Thursday, we will go to the wellness center in Rajecké teplice
– Just to be sure, a raincoat or warm clothes
Accommodation can be booked by sending an email to panvica.festival@gmail.com, simply on a first-come, first-served basis.
DRINKING REGIME:
As part of the event, our own tap of beer will be available, where we will have our own beer for a symbolic price. Within the area there will be other possibilities to order various other types of beverages.
ENTRY FEES:
The entrance fee for the event is 20 Euros, which includes all accompanying events and one raffle ticket.
Optional price for full pension for 2 days: 35 Eur.
Children from 5 to 15 entry to the event 10 Euros and full pension for 2 days 25 Euros.
Children under 5 years free.
Everyone chooses accommodation within the camp according to their price list. Only you need to let us know if you would like to accomodate in cabis, which are reserved to us. Upon entry in camp reception you need to pay for chosen place to accomodate. Their price list is at the end of the description.
PS: As part of the event, it will also be possible to tune handpan instruments from the producers who will be present: Djangar, Mishte, or from others depending on the condition of the instrument.
